Order Form
To order furniture, click the “add” text on the right side of the items you would like. When you return to the order form you will see the item number on the form. Next to each item enter the quantity you need. Our team will reply with questions and return a quote for approval. All fields except the message field are required. Items with (0) quantity will be disregarded.

There will be a $25 delivery charge per order. NOTE: Returns to inventory are subject to additional charges.
