Project Overview: Covid Vaccination Clinic Furniture
This project was performed for one of our Furniture Management Partners for a “pop up” Covid-19 Vaccination Clinic located in a local NFL Stadium. Our partner reached out to several of their furniture vendors with the same request. They needed furniture in two weeks. They needed tables, stack chairs and task chairs. The furniture needed to be made of antimicrobial materials and be able to withstand strong disinfectants. We were the only vendor who could meet the deadline with the appropriate furniture.

Our ability to find as is furniture for reuse enabled us to fulfill our Furniture Management partners request within the two week deadline. Furniture reuse and sustainability are green initiatives for our Furniture Management Partner. They pride themselves with protecting the health of the environment and a global pandemic wasn’t going to stand in the way of them sticking with their green goals.
We provided our partner with (100) As-Is Herman Miller 30×60 white laminate tables with silver bases. In addition. We provided (100) task chairs with a vinyl antimicrobial fabric and (200) plastic stack chairs multiple colors. All of the stack chairs were plastic and can be cleaned and disinfected easily.
All of the furniture was delivered from our warehouse in Baltimore Maryland. The new task chairs needed to be assembled prior to delivery. All of the furniture required cleaning prior to delivery. All delivery preparation and cleaning was conducted by Re-form personnel. The Re-form delivery and installation crew delivered and installed the furniture within the two week deadline during normal business hours.
