This project was performed for one of our Furniture Management Partners for a new multi-story building on their campus. To reuse as much existing furniture as possible they reached out to us to reupholster existing lounge chairs as part of their sustainability goals.

Reupholstered David Edward Gower Lounge Chairs With Tablet Arms

Our partner had (17) existing David Edward Gower chairs with and without tablet arms selected for reuse in COM fabric for the new project. Each piece was fully disassembled and inspected and repaired or parts replaced as needed, and wood trim was touched up. This included adding new casters and adding to internal cushions and support.  Damaged tablets were fabricated and replaced as needed.

The reupholstery work was completed by the Re-form Seating Upholstery Department.  The furniture was delivered and installed by the Re-form Installation crew.
